As a radio personality, I've been able to enjoy more concerts than I can possibly count, but there are a few that stand out above all the others.

Just a few days ago, Facebook reminded me of a show that I went to back in February of 2017. We got to see country star Dierks Bentley at the U.S. Cell Center in Cedar Rapids, and before the concert, we were taken backstage to a small room decorated with tapestries, lights, and a bar. Dierks then proceeded to be our BARTENDER for the evening! It was a truly surreal experience.

Hanging out with Garth Brooks before his show while he was chilling in some sweatpants and doing shots on stage during my first U.S. Cell Center concert (Brad Paisley) are a few other memorable moments for me.

We asked listeners on Facebook to tell us about their most awesome concert experiences ever, and some of them absolutely blow mine out of the water! Check out some of these stories:

"Kelsea Ballerini in Des Moines. I was celebrating being 18 years cancer free and she gave me her jacket! #BestDayEver"

"My Step-son ended the Brantley Gilbert concert at the US Cellular Center to the song Bottoms Up"

"12 years ago, the night I met Usher, I almost fainted. My Uncle, who drove for the band, set up a personal meet up with Usher after the show. My friend, my Uncle and I were pretty much the only people in the green room and in walks Usher. We were star struck! After we greeted and took some pics, Usher walked out and my friend and I dropped to the ground. We couldn't stand, we were so weak in the knees, we couldn't believe what just happened! Best night ever! (At that time in my life)"

"Brad Paisley took my phone at the first Tree Town and sang to me ❤️"

"Went to Garth Brooks with regular up in the nose bleed tickets and as my friend Dawn Meyer and I were wandering around looking for our seat, some guy that worked at concert gave us front row!!! This was the result: yep that's my hand!"

"This was the second time of meeting Kane brown and we drove 8 hours to see him play again!!! Absolutely love his kind soul, his great voice and his songs!! Have heard him play 5 times now and can’t wait to see him again!!"

"My wife and I went to see Rob Thomas at the Paramount... I was trying to just get a picture of him behind me when I felt something touch my hair..."

"Going to Martina Mcbride's Joy of Christmas concert in Dubuque last year. We were sitting on the floor towards the back. During part of her show, she walked the floor and chatted with some people. On her way back up to the stage, she stopped to talk with me! I was a mess! I have seen Martina many times, but this has definitely been the most memorable!"

"9th Row for Paul McCartney!"
