If you're a vegetarian, you may want to stay away from Solon this weekend. The Iowa town of 2,587 is kicking off their annual "Beef Days" festival this Friday, July 20th. The party will continue throughout the weekend with a full schedule of events!

I've been going to Solon Beef Days for over 20 years! I've always had a blast. It's fun to walk around and enjoy the activities, live music, and ice cold beer.
