Welcome to Your Holiday Music Station, 104-5 KDAT.

We know you've been anxious for this to start and--surprise!--it's here. From now until midnight December 26 (with John Tesh being on his own timetable) we'll bring you continuous holiday music.

Some like it later, some earlier, but the week before Thanksgiving, which just happens to come later this year, is about the right time.

It's my favorite time of year and has been in my 19 years working at this radio station when we get to "flip the switch" to the sounds of Christmas. From the legends like Nat King Cole, Andy Williams, Brenda Lee and Johnny Mathis to the modern holiday stars like Mariah Carey, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Mannheim Steamroller, and Michael Buble, you'll hear them all for the next five weeks.
