Obviously, colleges make for an added boost to towns in this study too. Rounding out the rest of the top 10 in Wisconsin were Menomonie (10), Green Bay (9), Waukesha (8), Milwaukee (7), and Whitewater (6). The study only looked at Wisconsin towns with a population of 10,000 or more and gave each city a "Singles Score" based on metrics and census data.
