Cedar Rapids Will Flashback To 1989 On Saturday Night

It's time to take a trip back in time.

We're having a party this Saturday night in downtown Cedar Rapids! It's the "Hometown Heroes Tour" with Bret Michaels, Night Ranger and Lita Ford. The concert will take place at the U.S. Cellular Center starting at 7 p.m.

The concert promises to be an old school mix of Classic Rock, "Hair Metal" and some anthems that we've been jamming to for the last 30 years.

Think about it, Night Ranger started way back in 1979. "Sister Christian" peaked at No. 5 in June of 1984! Bret and Poison hit the scene around 1986 and Lita Ford started her career with the Runaways one year before I was born!

Well, I'm 43-years-old now and glad these three groups are still banging out great music and touring the world. I'm looking forward to this retro night of great music and I hope you can join us!
